The 180 MPH Club is for those looking to improve their all around abilities. It is not for those who are weak or allergic to sweat! This out of season program is done on top of normal fielding, pitching, and hitting work. This training is done to increase speed, throwing velocity, and over all hitting power for our athletes. We use a combination of resisted workouts along with unresisted and assisted sets to get our athletes into their best all around ball playing state. Colleges will always ask about the following numbers from players:
60 Yard time
Exit Velocity
Field Throwing Velocity
The 180 MPH comes from the total of the following areas / numbers:
Sub 7 second 60 Yard Time = average 17 - 20 MPH
Exit Velocity = 80 MPH
Field Throwing Velocity - 80 MPH
This Club will work on all 3 areas to improve their numbers to give you the best chance to move onto the next level. This Club and the results are solely based on the sweat payments each athlete puts into it. If you buy in we will get you to 180 MPH!!

Swing Chart Explanation
Plane & On Plane Efficiency:
Measures the percentage of your swing where the bat is on the swing plane. Your vertical bat angle at contact establishes the plane for that swing. Plane is a great indicator for making more consistent contact on the barrel of the bat.
Connection:
Connection measures the relationship between your body tilt and vertical bat angle at the start of the downswing. Establishing good connection (90 degrees) early in the swing helps you get on plane and increases your ability to adjust to all pitch locations.
Rotation:
Rotation measures how quickly your bat accelerates into the swing plane. Rotation is a good indicator of how you build bat speed by sequencing properly vs. pulling the bat with your hands. The quicker your rotational acceleration, the more power you will have and the more time you have to make a decision at the plate.
Plane, Connection and Rotation scores go by the 20-80 scouting grade scale. 80 being elite and 20 being the low end. 50 being around average. Our metrics are calculated based on high school settings.
Goal is to get everyone in average range score of 50’s by the end of Fall.
